Product: HP Pavilion USB-C™ to HDMI 2.0 Adapter
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am unable to update BIOS in windows 7 which is in deed preventing me to install windows 10. So, if you could enlighten me on this, that would be great. Thank you!

The model number of the PC is needed to give assistance for the question. 

 

It would also help if the BIOS version presently installed was posted.
