I have a HP ENVY 32 ALL-In-One PC that my grandson decided to deactivate while we were away on a trip. Can't tell me what he did. He is autistic. I can't force the issue for the same reason. No warranty coverage. I have a Blue Screen labeled BitLocker recovery that tells me to get a Recovery Key number from the drive.
Recovery Key ID: 808FEB7D #0E60-49BD-B054-594C9C76A4E6
I will appreciate any information that anybody in the community may offer me. This is the fourth computer that he has neutralized in the past 3 1/2 years, but I still love him the same as when he was born.

If that is the correct key then this should work:
Else just re-install windows using HP cloud recovery if you have a new system.
This matrix
https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/CloudRecovery/crsupportedplatform.html
may show your system is supported for restore from the cloud.
instructions are here
