I got a hp 22-22b6 for Christmas last year and it hasn’t worked a single time. Every time it turns on it plays a really loud beeping noise on a black screen and I haven’t been able to do anything and no one with this pc has posted anything so I’m the first person to run into this problem. There’s been nothing online so I figured I’d post here and try to get some peoples help on what’s going on and potentially even fix it.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I suggest that you run an extensive system test by following the steps listed below:
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
3. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
4. From the main menu, click System Test and then click on Extensive Test.
5. Click Run once.
