When i plug the computer into a wall using the plug which i think is the power cord ( has a circle end that goes into the computer) and when i click the power button it doesn’t turn on the display and starts beeping slowly then fast after a few slow beeps

If the display does not come on at all, the display could be bad. So, to test that, you need to connect up an external display to the HDMI out jack on the back of the All-in-One.
If there is no sign of life in the All-in-One, then either the motherboard could be bad, or the power supply could be bad. To check the former, there is usually an LED on the back center of the display. If yours has one and it is dark, the means the motherboard is not getting power. So it could be a failed motherboard or also a failed power supply. If the LED is lit, then the power supply is working.
This is not something we can diagnose remotely, nor can you since it does not come on. You would have to take it to a PC repair shop and see if they are willing to examine it to determine what has failed,
