Bios corruption has been detected

HP Recommended
Desktop Pro 300 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i did bios update , I had this probleme : 

 

"the bios recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted .... "
I Tried this solution  HP Desktop PCs - Recovering the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) | HP® Customer Support and not worked with me . are there other ways

Hi,

 

HP factory service (Link) may be required if you have tried all BIOS recovery options at your link. HP would either replace the MB or reprogram the BIOS.

 

Or a good PC technician in your area could try flashing the BIOS using a EEPROM USB programmer.

 

An example of this device can be viewed at this (Link). Trying this yourself is not recommended.
