Hello. I can't update the bios on my computer. The updater says: This BIOS update is blocked on this device. Accordingly, I wrote the update to USB. and tried to boot via the HP update utility. but the ESC shortcut doesn't work. Loading into Windows occurs immediately. Only F10 works.
