Bios not opening can't install windows 10 again after deleting and stuck at hp logo

If I click the esc key to see all the options inbuilt I click them but they don't open and they freeze my pc 

Nor my pc boots up so that I can reinstall windows,it freezes at the hp logo if I don't click anything

Some days ago I deleted all the partitions to reinstall windows but something happened and it didn't work (I first downloaded windows when I didn't delete the partitions) it caused some problems then I deleted all the partitions then retried but my pen drive just died so somewhere it was written convert your ssd to mbr so I did that and some error code was showing then I gave up and reinstalled the install media in the pen drive
