HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000a (2Z6E1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I was updating the bios on my desktop pc when suddenly the power was cut.

Now when I try to start it, the power light goes on and the fans start spinning but the screen remains black. I have tried the recovery methods, the key combination, and the usb flash drive download. But none of them worked, if you have any idea of how I could fix it please let me know.

This is not good.  There are basically two things you can try

Take the system to a repair center, either HP, some local repair tech, or a guru if you can find one.  It is possible that you are doing the recovery wrong and someone familiar with your system can get it to recover.

Replace the motherboard or get a new system.

If in warrantee then have it replaced

1) Click on this link -
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form.  Do not mention that the bios went out just say the update failed.
To obtain parts (maybe a motherboard) use this list:
