Product: Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my envy x360 had a bios update and was immediately prompted to enter a bitlocker recovery key after I enter it I was able to get in when I restarted it I was promoted to enter it again is there anyway to fix this issue

Do you have Microsoft account ? You can recover your Bitlocker key using the following instructions

 

     https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/4026181/windows-10-find-my-bitlocker-recovery-key

I have same problem.

After flash BIOS to version F.12 notebook x360 want Bitlocker recovery key.

Notebook have Windows 10 home, but in Windows 10 home not supported Bitlocker !

I have on notebook local account and notebook now is death !

 

Thank you HP for this BIOS update 😞
