This is not good.,
Did you update the bios using the HP support assistant?
Did you download from HP web site?
Did the BIOS upgrade finish properly and did not show any error messages?
Did something go wrong during the upgrade?
When the HP bios update is run, a copy of the new bios is installed in a hidden partition on the disk. If the update failed then the bios in the hidden partition is the old, previously working bios. If the wrong bios is install without error then the one on the hard drive may also be the wrong one.
Possibly you can restore the old bios using the windows + "B" key as describe here

If that does not work then we must find the correct bios to install using a flash drive. Unfortunately, your system has 9 possibly bios and there is a possibility that none of them are the correct bios.
Please try the "B" procedure and post back the results
