Black Screen Issue

Black screen on one of the user accounts. When app readiness is disabled I can see the desk top but the only item that can be accessed is email from the toolbar the start menu or any icons do not work. The laptop isn’t even a week old and I’ve already had to do two 50 mile round trips to the shop where I purchased it from if this does not get fixed I’ll be asking for a refund
