Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I have a refurbished EliteDesk 800 G2 with an Intel i7-6700 CPU and 32 GB of ram.

I actually purchased two, one for myself and one for my father-in-law.  He called me and said for some reason it was taking a super long time for the computer to restart.  I thought this was odd since I was suprised how fast both computers restarted when I first purchased them.

I tried to do a system reset as he didn't really have anything on the computer.  I just let the computer do its thing but then when I came back to check on it the screen was black and no matter what I try I can't get it back.

I have tried different VGA cords and HDMI cords, I have tried using a different monitor, I have tried F2, F4, F8 and F10 and none of them work.

I have tried unplugging it, taking the battery out of the motherboard and pressing the power button for 15 seconds and then putting everything back and restarting it.

Nothing seems to work.

The problem is that the computer is not sending a signal to the monitor,  The fan is running, the keyboard lights up, I can hear the computer doing stuff, the DVD drawer opens and closes.  Not sure what else to do.
