Black screen after login problems (Win 10, 1809)

Hello.

It's 2019 and I'm facing this problem just now (it's more than a year old and it was solved here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Boot-and-Lockup/SOLVED-For-everyone-who-is-having-black-screen...)

After updating Win 10 to 1809, and updating all the drivers, the problem started. If i disable the "AppReadiness" service, everything is normal.

I tried the HP fix from my laptop's drivers website (it's sp82019 now) and it did nothing (actually there were no registry keys to be deleted). I also tried the older version of the fix (sp81965) that worked for everyone else, and same result.

Anyone facing this issue recently?
