HP EliteOne 840 23.8 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC (4F102AV)

issue:

when we start the pc with the mouse and keyboard connected the system don't run.

it appears only the HP Wolf security sceen(the black one on the start the pc) and the system dont proceed with other activity

on the bottom right side of the sceen appear two little boxes (like the system try to read the usb input at first point)

Situation as is:

-if we restart the pc the system don't have problem even if the mouse and keyboard are connected.

-if we try to shut down the pc and next we power on(with mouse and keyboard connected), the system don't proceed with che activity (charge the windows access "it remain blocked on the hp wolf securuty")

-if we try to shut down the pc and next we power on(with mouse and keyboard DISCONNECTED), the system don't proceed with che activity (charge the windows access "it remain blocked on the hp wolf securuty")

test made

we google the issue and they reccomended to change the bios setup (avoiding the reading of usp port), update the Firmware and made all the windows update, but even after all those activity we still have this problem

we have buy two pc (same model) and both with the same problem (even after all the windows update)

how we can proceed? can you hel us?

if you need we can give you the teamviewer ID and PWD

plese if possible write to my personal mail

Best
