Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Many things can cause this symptom.

 

Run HP Diagnostics (Link) if possible.

 

There are different versions and methods to run HP Diagnostics. You would have to provide a HP product number only to see what version is correct for your PC.
