Microsoft Windows 11

I haven't done anything. last night I simply shut down my laptop. Now since morning the screen is blank . Caps lock led light is beeping . The battery cooler  continuously keeps running. What should I do 😭? This is driving me crazy .

Hi @Sanjida234 

 

The 3:2 error code indicates a possible Memory problem.

 

You would have to disassemble the PC to troubleshoot a faulty memory module.

 

Reseat all memory modules. Try one module, one at a time, in each memory slot.

 

Replace any faulty memory modules, if applicable.
