Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All in one desktop  turns on but stays black screen with blue circle turning unit is 2017 model

@LegacyFire -- how long does that "spinner" continue?

 

On your computer, is there a lamp that lights up whenever the disk-drive is accessed?

Is that lamp "always off" or "always on" or "blinking" ?

 

Also, try:

  1. power-off your computer
  2. start repeatedly tapping the ESC key
  3. while tapping, power-on your computer

Does it eventually display a menu? Does that menu contain "Run HP Hardware Diagnostics" ?
