Product: HP EliteOne 800 G2 23-inch Touch All-in-One PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Left my PC on last night. When I returned to it this afternoon it was powered down. When I tried to power it up I got a blank screen accompanied by five sets of two long beeps and two short beeps and the power button flashing two quick green lights followed by two slower red lights.

 

Have tried:

- Hard reset - made no difference

- Bios recovery, multiple times - didn't work

- Resat the memory - made no difference

- Tried different memory configurations (i.e. 16GB, 32GB) - made no difference

- Resat the HDDs - made no difference

- Tried different HDD configurations - made no difference

- Tested keyboard and mouse on another PC - they work

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BIOS

2.2

The main area (DXE) of BIOS has become corrupted and there is no recovery binary image available.

Also happens when updating BIOS.

Typically no steps needed.

1. Allow the system to complete its updates and changes.

2. If updates are stalling, attempt Sure Start Recovery.
