Blue screen and shuts down on it own (HP envy23)

HP envy 23

I have a blue screen your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart just collecting some air info then it resets, And says recovery your PC couldn’t start properly they require device isn’t connecting or can’t be access air con 0XC0000000F

I understand the PC is not loading the OS due to a blue screen error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

I tried several of the solutions it still isn’t working for me maybe I’m doing something wrong

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
