Blue screen appears after repair disc files load

HP Recommended
All in one model 600-1350
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After loading the repair disk files a blue/white screen with a white arrow appears and nothing else happens. Can't boot up windows 7. Wife wife hints she may have loaded a new driver recently.

If you rerun that "repair disk", does it find & fix additional problems?

That is not a lot of information to work with.  Please elaborate.

Can you insert each disk into a working, booted-up, copy of Windows, on some other computer, and see if the files can be read?

Can you get your computer to at least start booting from the 1st of those disks?

If not, tell us what you observe.
