I have brought this product from Currys and have faced problems for 1 or 2 years now. This laptop has an issue which makes the screen blurry when on zoom or any video/audio conference calls. I sent the laptop to repair, bringing it back with a note stating there was no issue. Now this problem has lead to more problems like the screen goes black and pops back up when the blurryness happens. Then another issue was found that the mousepad does not at all appear no matter what i do. I have sent this item into repair several times with 1 report of an outdated driver which has not been resolved. The laptop has been with the engineers more than it was with me. The Currys staff has wasted a year of mine and tells me the last few day of my warranty to contact HP. I dont know what to do now but i am fed up. Are there any ways to fix this? Any help please?

Use the following steps to resolve a fuzzy, blurry, or stretched display:
Step 1: Restart the computer.
Step 2: Adjust the display resolution.
Step 3: Update the graphics driver software.
Step 4: Download and install the latest BIOS and graphics drivers from HP.
