SOLUTION!

Check the board properly if thieir is no burnt IC troubleshoot with HDD,RAM, etc if problem persist make sure you troubleshoot properly before concluding if then it resulted to be board issue. You one way to solution.

Steps:

- Open back cover chassis.

- Disconnect all peripherals properly e.g. HDD,CPU fan,DVD DRIVE,CONNECTORS(SATA) etc.
- Bring out board from case check the power pin on the board remove the connector try to power by striking the two pin with flat tool or a picker so the motherboard can comeup after that put in place all the component back before fully placing it back into the case it  will definitely comeup. Try power it on again by putting back the power/reset connector then try power it on from the desktop power button after it comes up, congrats!!!  we all a geek

If this doesn't work hint your engineer dont conclude dead board yet.

Thanks

What problem are you having?

What are the symptoms?

No error message at present but the technical  symptoms are when you power it on the board power button doesn't bring light and atimes it brings light but the major challenge is that it doesn't come up but the fan whirl no sound from board.

Good day,  And apparently now the processor doesn't warm up or gets hot at all.
