Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi !, Community, I really need your help I have a Z600 Workstation I changed something in the bios and I rebooted it I got 6 beeps, the turn on button blinks red, and then it shut down now it will not even boot it just makes a funny noise from the speaker and shuts off does anyone know if there is a mother board lockdown on the mother board and if so how do I remove it
