Product: HP All-in-One PC 24-df1000i (1W761AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Occasionally the computer locks up on start up, sometimes during operation.  Today when I turned on the computer, I got a black screen with a blue box and white lettering which said, "Boot Device Not Found"  Please install an operating system on your hard disk.  Hard Disk (3F0)  F2 - System Diagnostics  For more information, please visit:  http://www.hp.com/go/3Foharddiskerror

 

Sometimes when I get a lock up,  sometime comes up from HP saying the information is being gathered ...

 

This computer is less than 2 months old.

Hi

the computer being under warranty, I advise you to ask the dealer what he offers ..
or contact hp for support

take a look

 3F0 boot device not found error displays on a black screen in Windows 10
