Hi,
I have had an all in one desktop for about half a year. It’s always ran fine. The other night I unplugged it, and moved it and now it won’t turn on at all. The led light when the ac is plugged in is always lit up but there doesn’t seem to be any power at all. It doesn’t boot up at all, I only get a black screen.
was hoping to get some advice.

Unplug from wall, hold down the power button 2-3 times to discharge electricity then plug back in.
Hold own the power button for full 25 seconds, see if it starts.
If it does not start then push the power button one more time.
If it still fails to start try the 25 second again
Else check warranty and call for repair info:
