Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a used laptop and can't get it to boot into bios Manger so I can install a new system, but can't. Help!?

Is this the 22-C0032ds you were working on back in April?

 

The instructions given by @Paul_Tikkanen are valid.  

Did you tap and release the F9 to get into the boot selection?  

 

There may be only a few seconds in which pressing the ESC, F10 or F9 will work.  I would look at the keyboard and when you see an led light blink tap F10.  If you wait too long you need to power off completely and try again.  Do not hold down the key. Tap it once every 1 or 2 seconds.

 

I assume you are using a keyboard wired into one of the USB ports and not a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi keyboard.

 

Once you get into the bios look for a way to extend the time the bios looks for a key press.
