HP Recommended

My hard drive crashed and I replaced it with a samsung Y-NAD ND SSD 860 EVO. Created a flash and downloaded the install to boot from microsoft and the computer will not boot. I am getting this message "Removable Media is bad or missing" Best by said they could get the computer booted however it would cost $100.

Any help  would be great, not I viewed on the net helped me or maybe it's just me.

Welcome to HP Support Community

 

I suggest you contact HP Support and order the Recovery Media to reload the Windows

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
