my computer will only start up after i turn the power off and on 4 to 5 times then i get on

Meanwhile, I recommend performing a Hard reset, followed by a BIOS Recovery < Click on the blue hyperlinks for instructions let me know if there are any physical obstructions on the device, ensure the power button isn't physically stuck as such & keep me posted.
