Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Small Form Factor PC

I am creating a Bootable USB Drive to kickstart Install Centos on my elite desk sff 800 g4

 

F9 sees the USB drives but will not boot from it

 

This worked fine with an older HP Desktop

 

What do I need to do in BIOS or with building the USB stick to boot from the USB
