Power-off your notebook computer.
Power-on your computer, and immediately look for a message like "press <blah> to enter BIOS SETUP".
Enter BIOS SETUP.
Is the disk-drive listed as "detected", or is there NO listing for the disk-drive?
If the latter, the disk-drive could have "died" -- not responding to any signals from the motherboard to it.
It is probable that you will need to replace the disk-drive with a brand-new one.
Fortunately, there is no cost to you to reinstall Windows 10 -- if you need more details, please ask.
Or, at that "press <blah> ..." message, is there an option to run the HP hardware diagnostics?
If so, choose that option, and run the test(s) against the disk-drive.
