Bot HP 290-p0046 in December. Has begun to start and turn off. Now will not stay on.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought in December and will not stay on. Starts for a few seconds then goes off. Will start in safe mode but will not continue.

the pc being new the best solution would be for me to reinstall the factory
If it works maybe it didn't matter!
If that doesn't work, it's probably a hardware problem.
You can already do the tests as explained here:

If a problem is mentioned, you will need to contact the seller, or HP, to make a guaranteed return.
If there is no problem reinstall the computer

Attention all personal documents will certainly be lost
