Brand New Omen 45L stuck on "Just a moment". This is first time I've powered it up. I've never been able to get to any other screen on boot.
Used HP Recovery tool and reset PC. Multiple thing popped up, got a pic of this:
Then it reinstalled windows?
Then back to the "Just a moment" text.
Very frustrated that new PC looks like it is DOA.

Sorry for the delay
Yes, I would have advised you to return it to the seller, or see with HP directly, if you bought it on the hp store
You could have tried, force stop, restart, and see what happened
possibly try the recovery if available
Software recovery options (Windows 11 and Windows 10)
