Brand New Victus 15L showing black screen.

I just purchased this computer today. Was editing photos for about a half hour. Stepped away for 10 minutes and came back to what I thought was a sleeping computer. I hit the space bar but still a black screen. No mouse on screen. Mouse lights up. V the front of computer is lit. External hard drives are lit. Screen works with PS4 but no longer detects the computer. I swapped the HDMI cords and still nothing. I full unplugged everything and reboot it to still find a black screen.

sorry in this case, I always come back to the same answer..
either you are wasting time here, finding a solution that may not exist, or will just be temporary..
either, you contact the seller directly, exchange refund etc depending on what is possible!
a new computer, must work, without the user having to do different manipulations
