Hello! I need a new CMOS battery for my HP 22-3130na All in One PC, does anyone know which one I need to get please? It's troublesome to disconnect from where it is and also to get the back off then on again so I'd rather only have to do it once just to replace the battery rather than once for checking then again for replacing.

@Matthew_J_White -- purchase a "CR2032" button-battery -- under $5.

Then, open the case, and read the etched letters on the top of the current battery.

If the current battery is a CR2032, remove it, and insert the new battery.

If the current battery is not a CR2032, recognize that you needed to open the case, to get the correct part-number.

Go back to the store where you purchased the new CR2032, with the current battery, and exchange your purchase for a battery that matches your current battery.

Return home, and insert the new battery.

Close the case.

Are you worried that leaving your case "open" for an hour, while you're at the store, exchanging the battery, will be a problem?  Children with curious fingers? Roomates that might "prank" you?

Thanks. It's more a case of knowing which battery to get before I open the case would be better as it can be difficult to find places that sell specific batteries where I live, if not I'll have to check then try to find somewhere or order online although I think I have a spare CR2032 somewhere so if it is that it won't be too bad.

Don't forget to check businesses that sell hearing-aids.  Obviously, those devices need small batteries.

I have even found CR2032 batteries in the local "Dollar Store".
