HI, PLEASE HELP ME

MY DESKTOP HP PAV 510-p-135nl IS DEAD

THE SOFTWARE HP SUPPORT ASSISTANCE FOUND A BIOS UPDATE.

I FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE AND COMPLETE THE UPDATE

WHEN RESTARTING THE COMPUTER FREEZES ON THE HP SPLASH SCREEN AND DOES NOT CONTINUE BOOTING

I CAN'T EVEN ENTER THE BIOS ANYMORE BECAUSE IT CRASHED

HOW CAN I RELOAD THE BIOS WITHOUT ENTERING THE BIOSOR WINDOWS????????

 

HP SUPPORT ASSISTANCE SOFTWARE HAS DAMAGED MY COMPUTER SO PLEASE HP HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Sigh. They have failed you, badly. 

Personally, I never update the BIOS as the "first-step" in trying to resolve an issue.

 

At your own risk, contact them again, and ask them how to reload the BIOS.

Maybe, the "Windows+B" key-combination might invoke a BIOS update utility.

I am trying with the procedure '' windows- B '' but the restoration of the bios does not start. Maybe it's not easy to do or I didn't understand how to do it '
