Product: PAvillion h8-1212c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently replaced my failed hard drive with a new one and, now that I have recovered everything, would like to  convert the disk from MBR to GPT without losing any data.  Is this possible and can the BIOS be set to operate  under UEFI?

Hi:

 

I believe the only way to do that would be to pay for 3rd party software.

 

There is supposedly another way to do it in W10. 

 

I tried it but it did not work for me.  Hopefully, it will work for you.
