Can not boot from SSD (AData SU800)

Prodesk 400 G4 MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I just got a new ADATA SU800 SSD and installed it as primary (removed the old HDD) in the desktop. I used Windows 10 DVD to install OS and it works nicely, but after copying all the files the desktop restarts (as expected) but then everything gets lost. Bios can not see my SSD any way. I have tried all the combination (UEFI / Legacy) and reset the bios still no good. Now i'm bit fustrated as it killed so much of my time.

Thanks is advance

Can not boot from SSD (AData SU800)

Hi,

The information about the motherboard in the Prodesk 400 G4 only indicates a m.2 type 1 socket which is generally used as a WAN card socket.

What form factor is your Prodesk 400 G4?
