Product: HP Z820 Base Model Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am being asked for a Bios password, which I have never set or used in the past, i can only enter the Bios in browse mode, and therefore unable to change any settings, I can run Windows 11 ok, no problem, I wanted to change the boot device but I am unable to do it. I understand Passwords are a security Issue, but I have never had the need to use a password for Bios and never set one, I don't know whether this is a windows 11 setting, as this fault has only become apparent after upgrading.

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
