HP 8000 Elite
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer will not boot from USB. The boot information on the USB drive is from iDrive. I am trying to restore this computer. In the Bios all the settings seem to be correct and it recognizes the USB drive. I have spent over 4 hours with the iDrive tech with no luck. I see others who have had similar experiences with the model HP when they have upgraded to windows 10

Any help would be appreciated

@FabEddie

I'm sorry, but we are in no situation to debug issues with third-party backup and restore solutions.

What you could try is using another PC an this link to download and create Win10 install media on USB stick and see if your PC boots from that: Windows 10 download

If it does, then it's an IBackup drive issue and we can not help with that.
