I can't log in because moose not working. Window 7 desk top

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Have you tried using an external mouse?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: How to Use the On-Screen Keyboard in Windows 7

  1. Choose Start→Control Panel→Ease of Access→Ease of Access Center. ...
  2. Click the Start On-Screen Keyboard button. ...
  3. Test out the on-screen keyboard input in any application where you can enter text. ...
  4. Click the Options button at the lower right of the on-screen keyboard.
