Cmd langage problem

Hi everyone, want to install OS in my laptop, so the drive is in GPT format, i try to change it to MBR using cmd.exe but the command prompt is writting  Russian language instead of English, 

How do i change the command prompt laguage to english, either in BIOS OR CMD?
