Product: Notebook Compaq 6510b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Il Compaq 6510b di mio nipote, con documenti importanti, all'accensione appare una richiesta di password, e non si riesce a fare niente. Mi dicono che la password non si trova nel bios e dovrei portarlo in HP per sbloccarlo. Mi trovo in ospedale dopo l'incidente che ha coinvolto anche mio nipote, purtroppo in coma. Esiste un sistema o una procedura per evitare di portarlo in assistenza?
