1. I try to start the computer, but the battery seems dead.
2. Then I tried to connect the power cord, but still nothing happened.
3. The power charge symbol isn't on and I've tried to change the power cord, but nothing happens.

1. The battery probably is not "dead"; it probably is just "discharged" -- needing to be recharged.

Got a friend with a similar computer, where your battery fits into their computer.

Try your battery in their computer, to see if it will recharge.

2. Do you have a Multimeter, that can measure the voltage and amperage output both of your AC adapters?

3. Got a friend with a similar computer, with a compatible AC adapter?

Try that adapter with your computer, to see if it will recharge your battery, and/or give power to your computer.
