A BIOS 3:2 error code means you have a memory problem.
Your PC ships with 12 GBs of memory. The MB supports two DIMM memory sockets. So, I would guess you have one 8 GB memory module and one 4 GB memory module.
Remove one memory module. Start the PC to see what happens. Move the installed memory module to the second memory slot if the problem continues. Start the PC again.
Then remove this memory module if you see the same error using this memory module in both memory slots. Repeat this procedure with the second memory module.
One memory module (expected) or both memory modules (very unusual) may have failed.
It is also possible one or both memory slots have a problem (MB) or the CPU memory controller has issues. A local PC Tech should be able to find the problem.
