Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer goes to the blue screen then resets and goes to the automatic repair screen I tired everything and even looked online got commands to use nothing what should I do cant do a system reset no disk or key and hp doesnt have a number to get help I'm up for any ideas

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
