I cannot get my computer to successfully load Windows 10 without automatically going into the HP Automatic Repair during startup. It keeps failing the automatic repair and has this same error message:

Log file: F:\Recovery\WindowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

 

I have tried restoring but it also fails. Does anyone have any advice for this problem?

Hi:

 

You have a couple of options...You will need to have access to another Windows PC to do either of them.

 

1. Make a bootable recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery client utility.

2. You can clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive using the Microsoft W10 media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
