Product: HP 22 c0083w

I just purchased a brand new HP all in one and went to hook it up and it won't even power up. The light comes on for a second then it shuts down. Not sure what's going on. Thanks in advance.

I am not a HP employee.

 

I would take this PC back to the retailer if everything (keyboard, mouse, and external power supply) is connected correctly.
