Connecting PC to TV

Z2 mini G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have two problems.

First I can't resize picture when I connect PC with TV (Panasonic TH-42PV60E) and

second my PC won't woke up from sleep mode if I move or click mouse or touch keyboard (Logitech wireless).

My PC have Nvidia Quadro M620 with new driver.

Thanks in advance.

Second problem: Open "Device Manager", and change the "properties" for the keyboard to enable "allow this device to wake-up the computer".

Or, just "tap" the ON/OFF button to wake the computer.

Do you see a window like the following:

Capture.JPG

but with both a '1' rectangle and a '2' rectangle?

If you click on 'Display:' and select '2.', does the next line ('Resolution') change to a different value?

Or, can you change it to a different value?
