Constant "PREPARING AUTOMATIC REPAIR" loop and I have done all of the dx checks & all passed???

Constant "PREPARING AUTOMATIC REPAIR" loop and I have done all of the diagnostic test and everything "passes." When I hit "esc" and F11 it still does the same loop. 

  How do I fix this and get back into my operating system?
