So the thing is, I was fiddling with the BIOS because the Product and Serial numbers were blank, and most of the settings were not shown after the Service Center fixed the BIOS Problem (I had somehow managed to interrupt the BIOS Update process around this time last year), but I failed to provide the Administrator password for setup of the PC afterwards. Then, just a day prior to writing this, I have managed to delete the BIOS files from the EFI partition of the system while trying to perform a forced downgrade to F.44 or F.40 BIOS, and am now stuck on the "BIOS Corruption has been detected", after which it shows the "The BIOS recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted" screen. It says I can recover the BIOS from my PC, but even after painstakingly making the USB from my very old HP laptop, it isn't working. It's a 64GB HP 3.0 USB Drive, by the way.
Are there any specific requirements for the USB Drive or some other BIOS thing?
My secondary laptop, if it matters at all, is a 2011 HP Pavilion G6, with 2GB Ram, 500GB HDD and running Windows 10 22H2.

Ok, So I got a new 8gb USB Flash Drive, used the HP tool to get the BIOS on it, and then put it on the bricked PC, and tried starting it on. Still, it didn't work. Is ic cause the PC only has USB 3.0 Ports, and no 2.0?

Greetings @Ashborn7177
Welcome back to the Forum.
The BIOS recovery flash drive should be using Fat32.
Do you still have video? The HP BIOS recovery drive will not help if the PC has no video or USB function.
I can only suggest having a local PC Tech flash the BIOS using a Serial ISP programmer if you can't recover the BIOS using the HP flash drive.

Thanks for the reply, @Bill_To
Yes, I do receive the Video output on the monitor, though its for the BIOS Corrupted message. Yes, I found that USB Drives with 64gb can't be formatted to Fat32, which is why I went and got an 8gb usb drive, and even after doing so, it didn't work. Could it possibly be due to my PC having only USB 3.0 ports? It's been suggested in some parts of the internet to use USB 2.0 Ports, or so I've seen.

Greetings @Ashborn7177
My pleasure.
I successfully created a HP BIOS Recovery flash drive on a custom PC (non HP). Connected the USB stick to a USB 3 port on this PC.
I was able to see the HP flash drive in the UEFI boot menu as a bootable device. I did not go any further.
So a USB 3 port should see the flash drive and the PC should boot to the drive to start the BIOS recovery process.
It looks like your PC has no USB function or the HP BIOS Recovery stick you created is corrupted.
Try this to see if you get better results:
Insert the USB stick in your PC when the PC is off. Press and hold down the "Windows Key" and the "B" key at the same time. Now simultaneously press and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds. Then only release the power button.
The BIOS recovery should start.
I can't think of any other reason why you cannot do a BIOS recovery. You may need a local PC tech if you cannot flash the BIOS.
